PARACUT 4495 A medium service synthetic that is safe to use on all metals and is non staining. Can be used to drill, tap, and ream aluminum parts. It also can stamp blank thin gauge aluminum very effectively. It has excellent in process rust production of ferrous metals and is non or low foaming. This versatile product is mild to the operator when in use, and forms a pink translucent fluid.

PARAGRIND 4510 A synthetic grinding coolant concentrate, providing corrosion inhibition, specifically designed for grinding high carbon content cast irons and plain carbon steels. It forms a transparent solution which remains clear even in moderately hard water for good visual control of the operation. It is formulated with detergency to settle graphite and grinding debris rapidly and to keep the swarf from clinkering the sump. Recommend for centerless grinding.

PARACUT 4521 For Stainless Steel Alloy machining and grinding. It contains stable extreme pressure lubricants for extra fine micro finishes and long tool life. It contains an effective corrosion inhibition package. Superior lubrication, high cooling capacity, corrosion protection, tramp oil rejection, non-foaming, and long sump life make this and excellent choice when machining or grinding stainless steel, and other ferrous metals. Excellent as a roll forming fluid.

PARACUT 4522 A synthetic fluid developed for the very specific use of rim rolling steel auto rims. It is an oil rejecter and offers cleanliness and proper lubrication to the operation. It is very good in process rust protection and controlled foam levels. Use as general purpose machining fluid also.

PARACUT 4525 For aluminum machining, contains no mineral oil. Contains special boundary lubrication that promote excellent finishes. Can be used on tough jobs such as tapping, broaching, and severe grinding. It also offers characteristics that keep the machinery clean and free moving. It is safe to use on all metals, aluminum and copper alloys, and ferrous metals. The emulsion is a white translucent fluid. Very mild to the operator and has little or no odor in use.
